At SparkCLean Solutions Inc., we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will promptly address your concerns.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Late Arrival Policy:

While we strive to arrive on time for every appointment, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic or weather conditions may cause delays. If our cleaners are running late, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated arrival time.

4. Damages and Liability:

Our cleaners are trained professionals who take great care when cleaning your property. However, in the unlikely event that any damage occurs during the cleaning process, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and, if necessary, compensate for any damages incurred.

5. Refund Policy:

Refunds may be issued at the discretion of SparkClean Solutions Inc. in cases where the service provided does not meet our quality standards or if there are extenuating circumstances. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the cleaning service.

Your security and privacy are of the utmost importance to us. Our cleaners undergo thorough background checks, and we adhere to strict confidentiality protocols. Any personal information provided to us will be handled with the utmost care and will only be used for the purpose of providing our cleaning services.

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment to every appointment. If you have any specific preferences or requirements regarding cleaning products, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

SparkClean Solutions Inc.  serves the Greater Toronto Area, including in Mississauga, Oakville, Toronto, Hamilton, North York, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Woodbridge, Vaughan, Burlington, Ajax, Pickering, Oshawa, and Markham. If you reside outside our service area, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs or provide recommendations for alternative cleaning services in your area.
